Experience

Throughout my internship experience at DFC Global Corp. I assisted multiple teams with numerous projects. Made recommendations to the manager for a new GPS enabled feature for the new application. I assisted the QA team in testing out the application using regression testing, load, performance, and UAT testing.  Trained 50+ call center employees using new scheduling software Deputy. Through the 3 months at the company, I got a chance to work with multiple teams in IT and improve my technical skills and interpersonal skills.

I have worked in a commission-based field where I exceeded the performance matrix set by the management monthly basis.  I have experience in problem-solving whereby diagnosing trouble in technology and providing a solution in a professional manner. Communicating with colleagues was a must in my retail experience were planning and teamwork provided an excellent result. Active listening has helped me provide the best customer service.

My job at a retail store has helped develop communication skills and teamwork. I have taught my self to manage time well and also take care of the colleagues that I work with. I have helped increase sales of the store by promoting the product that we make the most profit off.
