KickUp, Inc.

Operations Intern, Salesforce Systems Architect 
Over the summer 2017, I worked as and Operations Intern and Salesforce Systems Architect with KickUp, Inc. In this position, I was responsible for developing, building, and implementing the first company CRM system, Salesforce. I also designed custom data capture instruments, including process builders and workflows, to track and provide detailed insights on all company sales metrics.

Intern, Data Visualization Assistant
Previously, I worked as a Data Visualization Assistant for this company. With this position, I focused on increasing the capacity of the Customer Success Team, through creating custom client surveys, collecting and analyzing the survey data, and configuring data processors to produce custom client dashboards. I also assisted in the visualization of client data through creating custom client visual reports, as well as providing the company with a re-usable template for demonstrating learnings to clients, thus streamlining opportunities for up-selling.


GoBabl

Digital Marketing Consultant 

For the spring of 2017, I worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant for GoBabl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this position I was responsible for designing and implementing a Google AdWords campaign, as well as assisting in the building of a digital presence for the brand through use of various social media platforms. In addition, I aided in the web development and design of the company’s website.


GreekWell

Intern, Design Assistant and Brand Representative 

I previously interned with GreekWell and served as a liaison between the company and Temple University student and Greek organizations. In this position I was able to provide assistance in developing innovative and unique custom designs on a client-need basis. This included designing custom merchandise for Temple University’s Greek organizations. This position allowed me to develop a working knowledge of editing and design software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
