Temple University Data Analytics Challenge
Last Fall, I had the opportunity to participate in the Temple University Data Analytics Challenge. My group members and I were among the finalists, and received third place overall for our submission. We created an interactive visual, which can be explored here.
We also created a written report as another expression of the meaning of our data. This report can be found here.
Participating in this competition was an amazing experience for me, because I was able to combine my technical skills with my more creative visual interests. Specifically, I performed a deep analytical dive on the worldwide diabetes epidemic and created an interactive graphic to visually highlight and depict key insights, in a meaningful way.
