ITA Experience

Over the Summer 2017, I worked as an Information Technology Assistant (ITA) in the Digital Innovation in Marketing Masters Program, for the User Experience and Design course. Currently, I am continuing my work as an ITA for the Digital Innovation in Marketing Masters Program, as well as for the Undergraduate Management Information Systems (MIS) Program at Temple University, Fox School of Business and Management.

In my position as an ITA I am responsible for delivering a range of teaching and assessment activities, including tutorials directed towards the delivery of subjects at both the undergraduate and graduate level. For example, over the summer 2017 I taught the Justinmind Prototyping potion of the MS-DIM course focused on User Experience Design. In addition, as an ITA I am also responsible for assisting students and professors in troubleshooting technical issues.
