In MIS 3502, we were required to create a website from scratch using the coding skills we learned in this class as well as from MIS 3501. The website my team and I created can be found at:

The process of creating this website throughout the semester was an interesting one because I have never done anything like this before. With the tools available online nowadays, most people can easily make their own sites using other platforms but very few are able to create it just using code. Even though I do not plan on pursuing a career that is coding intensive, having this skill will definitely set me apart from other candidates. It taught me how much work goes behind a simple web page and taught me the basics of creating a website which will be helpful in any career since almost everything is technology-based in today’s world.
