Intern
- Designed Excel spreadsheets to manage online marketing campaigns while effectively driving brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to social media platforms
- Organized cuisine, beverage, and novelty sponsors for company events
- Produced partnerships with business owners and motivational speakers for annual Fearless Conference, which hosts over 150 clients
Although this position was not too technology-based, the focus on consumers and customer relationships improved my communication skills significantly. The position required me to step out of my comfort zone and contact people I had never spoken to on a daily basis. I hope to pursue a career in project management one day, a position that relies heavily on effective and efficient communication skills. Therefore, this internship may not have taught me much for the technology aspect, but it taught me how to convey my message in a direct and proper manner, solve disputes with customers, and keep track of multiple assignments at once.

- Designed 2-3 Excel spreadsheets weekly to organize the locations and managers of each facility after the implementation of a new processing system
- Developed surveys to assist facility workers in completing all the necessary paperwork
- Copied and filed 150-200 papers daily to organize and transfer the old information into the new system
