Accomplishments for week ending October 13, 2019
- Our team has completed a draft of the communication plan
- Our draft of the RACI chart is in progress
- Our schedule has been thought out
Goals for week ending October 13, 2019
- To have scheduled in matrix form
- To complete draft of Change Management
- To go meet with professor for additional feedback on documents
Issues:
- Two out of four team mates were able to meet this week, whereas we need a whole team meeting.
- Our team is confused about what necessarily goes into a schedule matrix. Will have to consult with professor in requirements with matrix.
