Cigna TECDP Shadow Day
The Cigna TECDP Shadow Day took place on 4/13/18. Joeseph Allegra sent out an email and I was more than excited to join the shadow day. The activity included and introduction of CIGNA and then we followed a TECDP employee around, one whom has a position of our specific interests, and they answered questions and taught us about their work. I shadowed an individual that was a BA and I found the day to be extremely productive. I learned about the programs they use and their daily tasks. It strongly related to MIS and I applied some of my course knowledge to answer their questions and to formulate questions. Mack Caruso, a Temple alumnus, was extremely helpful and I enjoyed that majority of the people within the TECDP were Temple Alumni.
