Weekly Journal Entry 10/10
All PM’s were present in our weekly meeting this Wednesday. The increased attendance is helping us greatly with communication and understanding or roles and responsibilities. Despite only one BA being present, we were able to gain an understanding of where they stand with deliverables, brainstorm prototype ideas, and reinforce the importance of communication between PM’s and BA’s.
The BA’s are on track and performing well to this point. Our project is on schedule to finish on time, under budget, and with quality. This week I have been working on the quality management plan and the communication plan.
