Weekly Journal Entry 10/24
This week consisted of very slow communication between the BA’s and the PM’s. This is not a problem, however, because the BA’s had their 2nd test this week. Before the week began the PM’s spoke and all agreed to keep communication low and allow them to focus on the test at hand. That being said, it’s time to turn it up a notch. The BA’s were asked to present us with a working prototype next week so we can assess their understanding of JustInMind and see how far they have progressed. I’m fully expecting this task to be completed with no issues.
The PM’s have all continued constant communication and everyone is completing their responsibilities timely. I have continued to develop the quality management plan as well as the communication plan this week. Our project is on schedule to be on time, under budget, and within scope. Despite the second half of the semester arriving, I feel comfortable in our teams progression.
