Key Takeaways:
- Tools and Resources I learned:
- Canva: A graphic-design tool website to create marketing flyers and graphics.
- Zoho CRM: A web-based CRM designed to track customers and business leads.
- LinkedIn Helper: Auto-mailing system that contacts thousands of targeted customers.
- BizLabs: A third party that provides hybrid business and technical services to deliver smart user and customer experiences.
- Final Thoughts: Through this working experience, I have developed great skills in market analysis, customer segmentations, and decision-making for routes-to-market and product promotion. I also got my hands on some practical tools that businesses and companies use in real life situations. In the end, I improved both my networking skills and my hard skills. I grew to love NovaUCD and the people working here. At the end of my internship, I connected with them on LinkedIn as well as wrote a thank you letter for my boss. I appreciated all the time and support he had given me, as he was a great role model for me to look up to.
