Nick Robinson’s Personal Journal Entry – Week 3
This week we decided to only communicate via email. So far everything will the project is going fairly well. The only issue I am running into is one member of the BA team is failing to communicate effectively with the rest of the team. The BA team has told us that he hasn’t attended many of the classes, and hasn’t been turning in his share of the documents. At this point in the class, we advised the BAs to tell him that it is very important for each team member to contribute an equal amount of work. Establishing solid relationships early on in this project is crucial for long term success. I am hopeful that communications will improve over the coming weeks.
