MIS 3535 – Journal Entry 2
This week was a very productive for our team. In terms of documentations,we produced the first draft of our work-breakdown structure, budget, and project schedule. Ours turned out to be a little more generalized than some of the other team’s documentation. I think we learned a lot from looking at other group’s work. Moving forward, I have a pretty good idea of how to revise what we already have into something more formal.
We also met with our business analysts on Thursday. The first thing we did was went over their scope. Their scope document is actually pretty good for a first draft, and I’m excited to see what their professor has to say about it . Hopefully we get a good amount of criticism on it so that we can improve the final scope doc. We also helped them prep for their exam on Wednesday. I told them to focus on the definitions in order to apply them during the case. I hope they do well, and I’m looking forward to our next meeting.
