This week went moderately okay for our team. Since too many of our team couldn’t meet at our usual time, we decided not to meet this week. I talked to a few of the members via text, and they said that they had begun prototyping the project. We definitely need to pick up the pace of the project. I’m worried that they are putting off the real work of this project. So far, it seems like our PM team has done actual project work than they have. We need to become more adamant about our BAs to work on their project. I’ll try to set something up for Thursday to motivate the team to start work sooner. Hopefully by the next project report we have a better stance on our progress.
