Nick Robinson Personal Journal Entry – 6
This past week went really well for my team. At first, I was getting really worried about my BAs. They didn’t come to the last meeting I setup, and they hadn’t decided about who was working on what. I thought that they were letting time get the best of them, and were ignoring the project. I scheduled another meeting to hope to get everyone back on track.
Our last meeting was terrific. The BAs organized themselves into roles, and really figured out who was doing what during the project. Karan is doing an awesome job prototyping the project. It looks like its really coming together. They are in a good position for success in the coming weeks. I also reached out to a member of the group who hadn’t attended any meetings or spoke to the group. He said that he is busy with work, but will contribute when the project presentation date gets closer. I have little hope of this member making a significant contribution, but I guess we will have to wait and see.
