Full-Time Offer for JPMorgan Chase & Co.
After completing a 10 week summer internship with JPMorgan Chase & Co., I have accepted an offer to join the firm full-time upon graduation as a Technology Audit Analyst. JPMorgan Chase & Co. is a multi-national banking and financial services company and the largest bank in the United States. The company owns $2.5 trillion dollars worth of assets and generates over $100 billion in annual revenue. The company has over 250,000 employees in over 60 countries.
As a summer analyst, I worked for the Audit department as a technology audit analyst. In this role, I had several assignments and responsibilities. I reviewed business processes, inherent risks, and mitigating controls to assist senior auditors to determine the audit scope and test steps. Furthermore, I tested the effectiveness of the firm’s controls of business applications and processes, documented the results of testing, and escalated any issues to management. I also performed quality assurance reviews of work paper documents to ensure that documents met the firm guidelines and standards. Lastly, as part of my team, I executed issue validation testing to assess the validity of action steps taken to address previous audit issues.
After graduation, I will be moving to New York City to join the Global Technology Infrastructure Audit team. I look forward to learning more about technology at the firm and meeting more highly motivated individuals in the company.
