I spend time gaining experience with various programs and products in order for me to train my customers in workshops.

My main goal was to achieve aggressive sales goals and provide high quality customer service, open deposit accounts, handle loan applications, and manage various customer service requests.  I achieved over 15.5% above customer satisfaction goal 8 months consistently.
