Delaware County Community College,  Media, PA.  Delaware County College is a well-known community college in the Southeast Pennsylvania Region.  Delaware County has been serving the educational needs of the Delaware and Chester counties since 1967. Delaware County Enrolls 28,000 students a year, offers nine different associates degrees and many certificate programs.  I was able to enroll into a dual admissions program with Temple, which guaranteed me a seat at The Fox School of Business. I also worked closely with academic advisors to create an academic plan for success.

Upper Darby High School, Drexel Hill, PA.  The Upper Darby High School’s mission is to empower all learners to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their full potential. During my time at Upper Darby High School I was a member of (DECA) an association of marketing students and (FBLA) Future Business Leaders of America.  I often competed with other students from various schools on a state and regional level.  During my senior year, I participated in the High School’s co-op program where I worked for a record label in Philadelphia.

Temple University Investment Association:
The goal of the TUIA is to provide hands on investment management experience and an opportunity for members to accelerate their classroom learning. TUIA offers five training modules that provide members with the foundation necessary to progress through the organization. Additionally, an Owl Fund Equity Certification can be obtained after the five training modules are completed. The advantages of independently earning the certification include separating yourself from peers, gaining a greater understanding of stock valuation and becoming Bloomberg Equity Certified.
