From this LinkedIn Learning course I was able to gain knowledge about what should be included in a website to ensure users trust the website. The course mentioned many factors they believed to be important like user privacy, transparency, and visual aesthetics among others, but the ones that stood out to me where focusing on accessibility and implementing common design patterns. I feel that this course was a good introduction to UX design for the MIS3506 course I will take next semester. Professionally I am the incoming director of editorial for the Fashion & Business SPO at FOX. I will be in charge of the website were we post the articles written by club members, so I am excited to improve the website’s UX design and this LinkedIn Learning course provided some of the areas I can begin to improve on.
