Help Desk Experience

My current part time job is being a consultant at the Temple University Computer Services Help Desk. As a student worker at the Help Desk, we work with a large spectrum of technologies as we are the first step to supporting the entire university, including faculty, staff, and students. I have learned how the university uses IT to support their everyday function, and how each application fits in with the others.
