Management
Over the most recent summer, I worked with my dad managing his 22 apartment units. I handled every side of the business.
- Marketing vacant apartments online and in the near area
- Setting appointment times for interested parties for a viewing
- Performing a pre-lease walk-through and handling security deposits
- Fixing any arising problems like plumbing and electrical work.
Don’s Deli
I worked in a deli in my hometown of Chichester since August 2013
- Preparing and cooking customer orders
- Restocking materials used for daily use
- Recording and reporting inventory
