MIS 2101: Introduction to Information Systems
Learned about the basics of management information systems. Learned about the difference between management information systems and other information technologies such as computer science and information science. Got introduced to ERP systems. Learned how to prepare the swim-lane diagram, decision trees, and Entity Relationship Diagrams.
MIS 2502: Data Analytics
Learned MySQL and NoSQL programming languages. Learned to use R, MongoDB, and Tabulae. Through this class, I got to know about the above programming languages in detail and was able to learn and use them. Learned how to code and implement the codes in different programming languages.
MIS 2402: Web Application Development
Learning basic understanding of syntax for the following languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. While also developing logical thinking skills and that are necessary for programming.
MIS 3602: User Experience Design
This is a studio-based course where we review the overall usability of sites and then design our own sites on WordPress.
