Career Objectives and Goals.
GOALS
I have many dreams to become successful and the drive to achieve those dreams. I have interests in many different fields in the business world such as real estate, construction, architecture, and accounting. I am a very hard worker and well aware that without hard work and determination, I will not be able to achieve my goals.
In the future, I would like to find a job in accounting and use my analytical and technical skills to contribute to my employer. Through this experience, I would like to gain knowledge from my co-workers and managers. As I move forward with my career, I would like to work my way up and gain the skills needed to become a partner in the corporation. One of my main goals in the business world is to learn new skills such as investing strategies, budgeting, and leadership. I want to improve on these skills, so that one day I could start my own business and have the ability to make it successful.
Another goal for the future is to pass the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam so that I can have a job in a public accounting firm. I would like to work with diverse clients to understand different industries and markets.
Further, I would also like to invest in the real estate because it is an upcoming market in Philadelphia. Through my family business, I have learned how to assess properties, evaluate profits, and negotiate agreements. These skills will help lay the ground work for my own real estate investments.
