Mingl Marketing Group is a marketing consultancy focused on integrating Inbound Marketing and Social Media into traditional marketing strategies across a broad range of B2C and B2B industries. Offering a full suite of Inbound Marketing and Social Media consulting services, from competitive landscape analysis to training and all levels of tactical implementation, including content creation, blogging, posting and engagement. Its unique combination of strengths in the worlds of social media, publishing, inbound marketing, local business, small business, and industrial B2B sales and marketing, enables them to provide companies with professionally crafted, effective strategies and tactics for identifying target markets and dramatically increasing lead generation.
While I interned at Mingl, I was a content creator for clients. It is important for businesses to produce creative blogs, it helps build web presence and attracts more customers to their site. My role was to produce creative blog postings on a client’s WordPress site. As a team we brainstormed new ideas that would draw more potential customers to a client’s site. I also managed advertising on our clients Facebook accounts. I generated advertising campaigns for our clients that would display new promotions or store openings.
At Mingl, I learned the importance of Inbound Marketing and Social Media. I enjoyed helping customers realize that the marketing industry is changing and how to rework their marketing strategies to fit new innovations in Social Media.
ECI Comfort Group
June 2014 – July 2014
ECI Comfort Group is a full service heating and air conditioning business located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. A family-owned and operated business serving the Delaware Valley community. From HVAC service and repair to custom installations of heating and air conditioning systems in Levittown, Doylestown, Bensalem, Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, and all over Philadelphia, Lower Bucks, Montgomery County, and South Jersey. ECI Comfort Group provides customers with fast and cost effective heating repair solutions, attentive air conditioner service and high quality HVAC products. ECI emphasizes on great service by listening to customers concerns and delivering beyond expectations. From designing a mini duct system for an old stone home in Langhorne or installing a high efficiency heating system, customer satisfaction is the primary goal.
During my internship at ECI, I was responsible for managing the companies HubSpot account. I created HubSpot campaigns for ECI to attract the attention of existing and potential customers. One campaign I created was a 4th of July themed campaign, set to run from June 29th until July 6th. The campaign consisted of various articles from the top 10 places to watch fireworks in Philadelphia to the work ECI did on one of the oldest streets in the city, Elfreth’s Alley. The variety of articles kept a customer’s interest in our posts without being persistent to have a customer purchase something.
At ECI, I learned how to create, manage and run a HubSpot campaign. As well as practice the marketing resources HubSpot has to offer.
