Work Experience
I am currently an Application Developer at IBM. Throughout the past year i’ve gotten the opportunity to interact and learn from some of the smartest and most innovative people in the world. My current project consists of researching and identifying business rules and use cases, and implementing a solution that makes IBM’s entire business workflow more efficient.
So far my experience with such an influential and innovative company has been exciting. Having hands on experience with such a company allows me to constantly learn something knew. Since my experience at IBM, I’ve found the drive to explore even more areas of technology. It has forced me to take a high level approach of the world and utilize my problem solving skills differently.
As a former IT Computer Consultant at the Temple University Computer Services Help Desk. My employment consisted of troubleshooting computers, desktops, smartphones and networks for 35,000 students and faculty. I assisted in virus removal and protection as well as OS rebuilds, restores and resets. In addition, I configured the network settings throughout the campus and the dormitories periodically throughout the year.
