For my senior capstone project I was given the task of developing an Alexa Skill that solved a business problem. My team and I came up with the solution of an Alexa Skill for Airbnb that would act as a virtual concierge. The skill can handle tasks such as giving restaurant recommendations and menus, providing an automated resource for key information and acting as a means of communication between the host and the guest.
