ISMG is a cyber security media firm, I was working as a Data Analyst Intern. I applied to the headquarter location in Princeton, NJ. I worked heavily with Salesforce, completing the ‘system administrator’ trailhead in its entirety. I also attended a company summit in New York, where I met the Security Strategy Risk Manager from Dell. My term was June 1st, 2021 – August 31st 2021. I trained with Salesforce heavily, much more than in my initial MIS class. I also maintained and updated certain client accounts and developed many company videos for the summits. I learned a lot about the cybersecurity industry and how there are so many ways to monetize it. I also developed a much better understanding of Salesforce, and CRM’s in general. I feel I am even prepared to take the Salesforce System Administrator Test.
