Coursework
At Temple, I have double majored in Finance and MIS. I have always had a passion for sales and have decided to pursue a career in software sales after graduation. I believe my MIS courses will allow me to be technical enough to have intelligent conversations with both engineers and customers. Courses such as Enterprise IT Architecture will give me insight as to how organizations are constructed which will give me a better idea of how new systems could be implemented and impact the organization. Additionally, my Finance coursework, such as Intermediate Corporate Finance will give me a better idea of how these large systems project can be financed. This will help me have intelligent conversations with customers to discuss ROI and payback periods for a project. Together, I believe these majors will make me an extremely impactful salesman.
