I currently work for Citizens Financial Group as a teller. This job is a great experience and requires tremendous amount of patience and accuracy. At Citizens I learned many new skills to handle business in a fast pace environment including customer service, customer and colleague relationship skills, communication skills, cooperation, problem solving, organizing, social skills, professionalism, and sales. At Citizens Financial Group, as employees, we do many volunteer works and make donations to the communities and for the less fortunate. I enjoy working for Citizens because every day is a new lesson in improving my business skills.
Before Citizens I used to work for a close friend at Quiznos Sub LLC, where I manage the night and weekend shifts. Although the owner closed the store down, I’ve learned many management skills which include training new employees, handling end of the day cash settlement, customer satisfaction, marketing, and implementing new ideas to make the work environment a better place for employees.
