Fox For Balance (FFB)
In the fall of my first semester at Temple, I joined Fox For Balance, a newly founded organization that aims to cultivate a healthy student life balance culture at Fox School of Business. I quickly became the Social Media Coordinator for the academic year of 2019 – 2020. What I like most about FFB is that it gives students the opportunity to balance out their college life by educating them about the available resources and offering many mindfulness activities. In addition, the most important aspect is we teach students how to manage stress and organize things in their lives to become more productive.
