Computer Lab Consultant

I have been working for the Computer Service Department at The TECH Center since January 2017 as a Computer Lab Consultant. My job requires both of technical and customer service skills.

While I am on shifts, I assist lab users with their technical concerns with laptops and computers such as: managing software, helping with specialty printing, and making sure the operation of The TECH Center runs smoothly.

In addition, I also work closely with the Help Desk in order to assist both students and faculty with their TU portal, WiFi, Canvas, Blackboard problems.
