Accomplishments for week ending October 13, 2019

1. We have started our rough draft of the risk register. 
2. We have started to revise the project charter.

Goals for the week ending October 20, 2019

1. Complete and deliver Risk Register – complete mitigation and response plans where blank and add additional risks, if needed.
2. Complete Industry & Solution Research – dive deeper on specific requirements 
   1. Email Prof. Martin with further requirement questions
3. Select solution – based on the research paper developed.

Issues:

1. Due to midterms, the team was unavailable for the most part.
2. We are slightly behind schedule due to not finishing our research and risk register. Hopefully, we can finish them by next week and be back on track.
