AIS Mentorship Program
Doing this mentorship program was a great way to get more insight into perfecting my resume, exploring job and internship opportunities, and discussing what classes I need to take. By having a mentor, I was really able to learn a lot more about ways to explore career opportunities. It was beneficial to have guidance in terms of picking classes for the next semester and knowing which professors to take. I also became more aware of ways to research job opportunities and what skills are essential in order to excel in my career. I would definitely recommend this mentorship program to any freshman or sophomore MIS major, because I think that it is very beneficial and a great way to network with others.
