Helping a friend
I recently have supported a friend of mine, Sarjot Longia, helping refine his professional resume. The goal was to help Sarjot present his skills and experiences more effectively to further into his career aspirations in accounting, while constructing a document that was clear, well structured, and aligned with industry standards. The results was stronger, more competitive resume that gave him greater confidences and chance in pursuing opportunities in the accounting field. Through this experience, I not only helped someone improve their career readiness but also learned to strengthened my own ability to provide constructive feedback, communicate effectively, and tailor professional materials to highlight individual strengths.
