Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. After completing my Associate’s Degree, I transferred to Temple to complete a major in MIS. This is a highly competitive track containing only 200 of the 6,500 Fox Business School students. In 2010 MISQ(Management Information Systems Quarterly) ranked Temple MIS research output and faculty #1 globally. The MIS program at Temple has also been ranked as one of the top ten programs nationally for the past ten years.
Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL. I started my education in a drastically different setting in the state of Florida. Here I earned my Associate’s Degree and chose several computer science electives. I also spent time studying physics, calculus, and various programming languages. This university kick-started my academic career and helped me discover the MIS major. The faculty are outstanding and I am still in contact with several of my professors today, and I look forward to maintaining my southern network.
