- I learned how to negotiate more than just base salary when I receive a job offer. I also learned that one of the possible reasons why women are paid less than men is because men negotiate differently, and the course gave me tips on negotiating to make sure I am being fairly compensated.
- I have never negotiated a job offer before, but as I interview for positions for after graduation, I know that this will be an important skill to have very soon. Because of this course, I feel more informed and confident in my ability to negotiate a job offer.
