IT and Digital Information Management Volunteer – Kala Construction LLC
From June 30 through July 30, 2026, I volunteered with Kala Construction LLC to help improve how the company organized and managed project and business information using digital tools. I created and maintained an Excel-based estimating system to organize project estimates, customer information, and related cost data. I also helped create an electronic process for organizing active projects, estimate status, project costs, customer information, and completion information. In addition, I helped improve the company’s digital file organization for estimates, invoices, payroll records, customer documents, and project files. My goal was to make important business information easier to organize, locate, update, and review. This experience helped me learn how technology and organized information can support the operations of a small business while strengthening my skills with Excel, digital records, and information organization.
