As a full-time Product Management Intern at Top Granite & Cabinetry from May 27th, 2024 to August 15th, 2024 (10 weeks), I played a key role in enhancing the company’s digital presence and operational efficiency. I led the rebranding and redesign of the company website, incorporating customer testimonials and detailed services pages, which resulted in a 29% increase in customer engagement and online inquiries. I also implemented a cloud-based infrastructure and developed a new invoice system, which reduced operational inefficiencies by 25% and significantly improved employee satisfaction. Additionally, I optimized the customer communication systems, leading to faster response times, improved customer retention, and higher overall satisfaction. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in website design, cloud-based systems, and customer relationship management, all while contributing to the growth and success of a local business.
