AIS Mentorship Program
As a transfer student and a newly declared MIS major, I had many questions regarding what is expected as an MIS major. Having a knowledgeable mentor to text or call about any questions I was having quickly became a valuable resource. The multiple deadlines throughout the semester also helped ensure I would make time to meet with my mentor during even the busiest times of college. I now know what to expect for the upcoming semesters and have developed a plan to keep myself on track. Having a mentor helped me better understand the MIS major requirements and made looking forward much less stressful.
