AVID Tutor
As an AVID tutor for the Fort Worth Independent School District I was responsible for facilitating small group discussion for core subjects. I also helped students with the college application process and occasionally chaperoned students on field trips to local colleges. The AVID program at this high school resulted in a 100% college placement rate for all students in the program.
Chick-fil-a
Kitchen Manager
As a Kitchen Manager at Chick-fil-a I was responsible for creating a daily schedule for 8-10 workers. I also analyzed sales and waste reports from previous years in order to reduce waste and ensure we would reach or sales goals. I was also responsible for reporting wrongful behavior in the kitchen as well as occasional conflict resolution between employees.
