Net/Work Philly @ the Fillmore
This event was a career fair with many tech companies in Philadelphia. I got the chance to network with many professionals in the area. I also had the chance to listen to speakers at this event. One presentation in particular, the elevator pitch presentation, was very informative. The speaker taught us how to effectively communicate your “elevator pitch” if need be. This presentation had a big impact on me in my internship; I got to use the pitch I practiced there when I was with the CEO in the elevator one morning during my internship.
