- Developed monthly clinical service analysis reports for ~55 providers analyzing the billed Common Procedural Terminology (CPT) Codes.
- Automated a weekly report to track metrics related to open billing encounters for each provider, decreasing report turnaround time by 90%.
- Modeling and developing a database and an interface for users to view, access, enter, and update research study data containing over 50 clinical trials.
- Created a budgeting tool for grant submissions to the National Institute of Health (NIH) and DoD for multi-site clinical trials tracking 32 research sites nationally.
