The experience I have has allowed me to develop the skills needed to be ready for the workforce. Researching through Cre@t helped me hone my research abilities and presentation of research in a formal report. Through my position at the Pennsylvania Ballet, I was able to deal with a changing work environment given that I never had a standard day of tasks. Being able to perform whatever tasks are at hand is a very useful skill for students leaving college and entering the workforce. Through being a peer teacher, I have been able to work on my communication skills through helping the students in office hours and other means. These skills have allowed me to distinguish myself from the field in the soon-to-be workforce.
