AIS Professional Development Workshop
AIS Professional Development Workshops are meetings meant for students who are members of AIS or are interested in joining AIS. In these events, students get the opportunity to learn different skills that will help us in our careers and classes. These events are sometimes held by other students or professionals that already have experience in the technology field. Attending these workshops are interesting to an MIS professional because it shows them that you are an active member in organizations at school. It also shows them that you are interested in developing new skills and improving some skills that you may already have. Through going to these workshops, I have learned how to develop myself as a professional in the technology industry.
