| I worked as a member of the University Housing & Residential Life team and report to the Assistant Director for Customer Service & Off Campus Living for the Housing Operations Department. I assist with the daily operations of the Housing Operations Office. My duties include handling a high volume of calls and visitors, retrieving and responding to housing emails and voicemail messages, and providing administrative tasks in other areas as needed.
