About Me

I graduated from North Pocono High School in 2013. In the four years I spent there, I tried out many different activities– I played a year of football, participated in marching and concert band for two years, and won most improved bowler in the entire league my senior year. Of all of the memories I made in high school and the lessons I learned, none compare to those taken from my three years on the mock trial team. There, I developed public speaking tools that I still use today, and that have proven to be effective. I learned how to work with my team, and motivate others to want to achieve the goals of the group and be the best we can. Mock trial taught me how to prepare, how to maintain posture and composure under pressure, how to think critically and logically on my feet and so much more. I will always value the lessons I took away from my time with the mock trial team.

I chose to spend my time after high school at Temple University for multiple reasons. I knew I wanted to go to school for a business-oriented major, so a good business school was important to me. Fox provides students with the tools that allow them to succeed, and the city of Philadelphia houses all of the business opportunity in the world. I entered Temple as a Finance major, until I learned about the Management Information Systems program.  Immediately, I knew that I had found the major for me. I’ve always had a strong interest in technology and an intrigue to learn more. While the material has definitely been challenging, I find the work from this program to be very engaging and rewarding. I know from my classwork, I am developing the tools I will need to succeed in the workforce. I am very excited about the future opportunities I will have to be an asset to an organization.
