Internships
This past summer I had the opportunity to intern for twelve weeks at State Street, a global leader in financial services and investment management. Founded in 1792 and located in the financial district of Boston, State Street has long been a provider of wealth management, investment operation, and securities lending services. I had the chance to work at the Berwyn, PA office in Global Investment Manager Services operations. Some of my daily responsibilities and projects included analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improved efficiency and automation, designing a framework for an automated dashboard, and delivering off closed securities in the legacy system.
Looking towards the future, I am excited to have accepted an offer to intern with KPMG this coming summer. I will be interning for their Global Mobility Advisory Services at the corporate office in downtown Philadelphia.
