About Me
Background:
Before my tenure at Temple University Fox School of Business began I was an dedicated chef with seven years of culinary and hospitality experience. During my time at Twining Village: Senior Living I moved up through the ranks from server to Sous Chef while attending a three year program at Bucks County Community College for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Over time I gathered many management skills, most notably time management. Being a chef is all about knowing when and how to do things in order to create a finished product within a certain time frame and is only something one can learn from experience. Overtime I realized that being a chef was not the future I wanted for myself and decided that I should go back to school. After much thought I decided since I have great management and business skills and a love for technology that Management Information Systems is what I wanted to study and the career I wanted to pursue.
