Front of House Member
A Front of House member is responsible for a variety of tasks focused on customer service and cooperation. Tasks include working with a POS system, interacting with customers, and preparing and serving food. Each FOH member is assigned a unique role, depending on customer volume and staff availability. Roles include taking orders, preparing food/beverage, and maintaining cleanliness. Through this experience, I improved my abilities in teamwork, multitasking, and problem solving under pressure.
