IT Awards 2017
I was honored to be able to attend the seventeenth annual IT awards here at Temple. It was great to be able to network with other students and staff both before and after the award ceremony to discuss various courses we have taken and future plans after graduation. The award recipients speeches were very inspiring. It was nice to hear their background and how they got to where they are today. A common theme with the speeches was hard work, dedication, and not to give up on yourself because it will pay off in the end. There was a great sense of comradery at the ceremony and the food was excellent.
